Consultants hand over real credentials to get verified. Here's what actually happens to them.
Your data is stored within your own country's region, because that's what your local data protection law requires. As ExpertiseGrid launches in new countries, each one gets its own regional storage to match.
A consultant's documents exist for one purpose: confirming their identity and credentials. Most of that is handled by automated extraction and cross-checking; a human reviewer sees them only when a case genuinely needs a person's judgment. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared beyond what verification requires.
The pattern: data is retained while your account is active, plus a reasonable window afterward for dispute resolution, then deleted automatically.
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Contact us, or see the full Privacy Policy.
